Caustic Buddies study is bugged.
We need to kill a Sludge to complete it but they are not spawning when you have this study.
I saw many of them earlier, but now i did something about 40-50 missions in San Francisco on 2 difficulty level and cannot find any of them.
@nihilist-potato @Ry1979 Sorry to hear you two are also experiencing this issue. This has been reported to the team and they're currently looking into the matter. I've gone ahead and let them know that the Caustic Buddies challenge seems to be affected as well.

We haven't got any updates from the dev team on this issue yet, but we don't generally find out what will be in a patch until just before one releases and as mentioned earlier in the thread, when we have any news on this it will be posted in the patch notes when one is released that addresses this issue. One thing you could try in the meantime though is to do the level solo on the varying difficulties instead of with your team, as some reports we have had on this have found this to work for them.
