Hey Guys, in extraction is the Screen Refresh Rate locked to 240hz. I have tested it with the config file and ingame. 360hz is pickable but will not get applied. It always jumps back to 240hz. Even the 300hz option isn't working.
I hope you are aware of this problem, I would love to see this working.

You may have gone through some of these steps already, but I also recommend our PC troubleshooting guide.

Could you please try setting your Refresh Rate in the game's config file?
You can find this by going to Documents\ Rainbow Six - Extraction\ \ GameSettings.ini
There you should be able to amend the 'RefreshRate' from 0 to 360.

I'd like to investigate this further. To do that, I'll need a couple of system files. Please see our system files guide. Once you've generated those two files, you'll be able to upload them to the support ticket I've created on your account - you'll find it by logging in here. Once those two files are uploaded, please let me know here on the forum thread, so I can go take a look at them.
