If you look closely, the second imagine is a provisional PEGI rating, not a finalized rating.
That image is from the E3 trailer from back in summer 2021.
Whilst I’m not aware of what exactly the rules are regarding PSN age restrictions, you can consider the PEGI rating in the most recent trailers/videos to be the right one.
@ego_0 If you check the link that I provided in my previous reply it explains that you will receive the 'Orbital Decay bundle' when pre-ordering Rainbow Six Extraction.
As you are on PC the bundle will be automatically added to your account and you will receive an email when the content is available, which will be when the game is released. There is no mention of this content being added to Rainbow Six Siege.
I think the bundle you are referring to is 'The United Front Bundle'. For more information about that bundle please check the support article ...

Is this the pre-order content that you are referring to? If so this content is for Rainbow Six Extraction and will be available on the release date.
If it's not the same content then could you please confirm what content you are referring to and also where you got the information from that the content will be available in Rainbow Six Siege.

There has not been any Extraction Alpha or Beta, only a couple of Technical Tests, which are not the same thing.

Yes, there’s no progress to carry over to the full game. It was a Technical Test and not a Beta remember. The goal was to make sure all systems were working correctly.
