Hey Roof! I know that these things can be a bit delayed sometimes - have you received the rewards yet?

The audio issues in Siege are a point that's been repeatedly hit, and definitely a frustrating issue across the board. We are currently working on repackaging our sound system, which is a large ordeal.

That being said, our target for really getting things under way is Y5S3, as mentioned in our Top Issues Blog here.
