Hello!
I bought the Deluxe Edition of the game yesterday, and i encountered that i don't have the base operators (Smoke, Sledge, etc...). I owned the game on PS4 without the Deluxe and i had the basic stuff there. On pc i only have the Year 1 and Year 2 ops (Frost, Hibana, etc...). I tried contacting the support but it didn't let me submit a ticket because of the on going COVID-19. I would really appreciate some help, as i don't want to grind for stuff i think i should own.

Hi Hyperbeast4all and venombluefire! I'm incredibly sorry to hear that both of you do not have access to your operators. My first recommendation to you both would be to check the add-ons on your Xbox to see if you have any content waiting to be installed. Then, please provide the following details.

Hyperbeast4all: Do you have a digital or physical version of the game? Do you have the Year 1 operators, or are you missing access to the operators from both Year 1 and Year 2? Just wanting to confirm!

venombluefire: Did you notice that these operators were missing after the release of Operation Neon Dawn, or sooner?

Thank you!

Hey Hyperbeast4all, thanks for getting back to us and I would like to wish you a Merry Christmas too!

Do you know which version of the game did you buy when you say advanced?

Do you mean the deluxe version, gold, or ultimate version?

Usually the deluxe version will come with the Year 1 Operators and Year 2 Operators -

YEAR 1 - Frost, Buck, Valkyrie, Blackbeard, Capitao, Caveira, Hibana, and Echo.
YEAR 2 - Mira, Jackal, Ela, Zofia, Ying, Lesion, Dokkaebi and Vigil

Is this the version you have bought?

If so in order to better assist you, I would recommend taking a screenshot of your proof of purchase of the game and uploading it to a case here -

Then we will be able to verify your account and your linked console account and add them if they are missing from our side when we have locate dyour account.

Now, on the CD case it says advanced edition but i think it means it's the deluxe one, since it also says it comes with the additional operators we just talked abaut.
Unfortunately it was a gift for me and i got it 2 years ago so i don't have proof of purchase.
I did take a picture of the case and i will upload it for you, i hope you can do something with that.

Whether you can, or can not fix the issue, i really appreciate the help!
Hello!

Thank you for your kind words, and for keeping us in the loop with your progress!

I have researched into this for you and it looks as though you do indeed have access to all of the correct operators.

Here is our support article which listed our Year 3 editions at the time: https://www.ubisoft.com/en-ca/game/r...sBopMzaNF/null

The Advanced Edition includes the following -
- Base game
- 600 R6 Credits
- 10 Outbreak Collection Packs

The 20 base operators (Rook, Sledge, Doc etc.) would still need to be unlocked manually through earning renown, however the Y1 and Y2 operators were only included in the Complete Edition.

I hope that makes sense, but please let me know if you have any questions.

Hello there Rick4PEX, thank you for getting in contact with us about your missing operators.

If you have bought the game recently, you should have access to the following Year 1 and Year 2 operators -

YEAR 1 - Frost, Buck, Valkyrie, Blackbeard, Capitao, Caveira, Hibana, and Echo.

YEAR 2 - Mira, Jackal, Ela, Zofia, Ying, Lesion, Dokkaebi and Vigil

The legacy operators (such as Smoke and Sledge) will need to be unlocked separately with renown or credits, hope this helps.
