Hello. I can't find any mode of match. I waiting more than 10 - 12 min without any result. For ranked and unranked i waited 20 min WITHOUT ANY RESULT. I have this problem for two days. If i am in loby with friends we finding match much easier like no more than 1-3 min. But when i go solo i waiting without any result. I'm not using VPN, I have good and normal internet connection, i don't have this problem with another games. This is not normaly. What happening with that game? I tryet to upload screenshot but something got wrong like most of the times. PLEASE UBI WE ARE TIRED OF GLITCHES AND BUGS FIX THE GAME PLEASE!. Thank you!

If you are only having this issue during solo matchmaking, I would check your data center first to see if you are looking for games in your same region. Another quick suggestion is to verify your game files if this may have started after any updates.

While these steps are not to suggest any issues with your internet connection, I recommend following our guide here to ensure that there is no interference between the Rainbow Six Siege service and your Internet Service that could be causing this behavior when searching for a match. I understand that you and your friend received the Abandonment Penalty. Those penalties are issued server side by an automated system and cannot be overturned. For more information, please see this article.
We can also suggest you to perform the connectivity troubleshooting if you will let us know that platform you are playing on?
