Okay okay i know these must go up a lot but i am geniune here, i promise. so today i went out and i have come home to a message from steam saying "You've been permanently banned in Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege by BattlEye on behalf of the game developer.", i think wtf, i log onto r6 to see i have been banned for "multiple cheating offenses". I have never used anything that could be regarded as a cheat or a script on my computer. i saw on another thread others have also been banned for no reason. the only reason i am making a thread about this is because ubi support isn't working for me: https://imgur.com/a/60zjEZN as you can see here it just keeps loading and loading with no results, if there is anyway i can talk to someone from ubi through a online support window please let me know because this isn't working.

another thing. when i checked my r6 tracker i saw games have been played on my account today, this was impossible as i have proof as to that i have been out all day.

My assumption is that there is a mass ban wave, a review of the data, and then a mass unban wave based on anomalies found in the ban data. But, I didn't want to just let this ban go without saying something. I am asserting my innocence, showing other people that they aren't the only people unfairly banned, and also hopefully giving you guys/BattleEye a datapoint to look at.
