[2021] [Bug/Glitch]1 Pack after 30 Hours of twitch watching!

As the title says i watched over 30 hours of streams which had phase 3 enabled (Pengu, Beaulo and KingGeorge) and ive only received 1 pack, which i got on the first day.
Is this a known problem and is there a solution to get it rectified.

As it stands, I can confirm that there is a slight delay with your packs being delivered to the account, therefore bear with us and sooner or later you should receive the remaining content you've earned
