In regard to the account suspension I am afraid we are unable to remove this. You will be able to play again once the ban is over.

Sorry to see people were experiencing this bug where your operator would spawn out of bounds at the beginning of the match.

This seemed to also occur after the latest Shadow legacy update.

We have received quite a few reports about this, so thank you for bringing it to our attention.
