We are aware of one audio glitch on Xbox that can appear just before the game crashes.
With the issue that you are having, is there any way you can record a clip of this when it happens and upload it to a hosting site such as YouTube so we can hear what this audio glitch sounds like?
Can you also tell us what you are doing in-game before this happens? Or does it happen at random?
Are you using a bluetooth connection or wired headphones and do you have any wireless dongles plugged into your Xbox?
