I've had a look at your account and can see that you are being awarded with renown however in certain instances it may not be visible right away however game will continue to apply the currency to your account and will appear eventually.

If you do believe there has been a game during which you did not receive anything, let us know the date (exact time, if possible) when this took place and we will have a look!
