recently someone hacked my email nd hack my stream uplay epic games acc..nd others acc.. Nd he open my rainnbow six siege nd somehow use smothing nd i got ban...thn i messaged you guys fes days ego nd you guys never reply my any single message...nd its worst customer service ever... [Redacted] its my ticket no...i got permanent ban in game..nd i have no clue..i also atteched screen shots that someone access my acc nd i haven’t no control in it...plz replay asa soon as possible.. If not thn tell me how can i unban my acc..plz sir..reply asap...nd make sure can you tell me can you guys help me to unban my six siege acc...nd also tell me what kind of proof you guys need to believe that this is not my fault

Hi @D3ATHC1AW! Welcome to the Ubisoft Forums! I understand that you're permanently banned in Rainbow Six Siege after someone else accessed your account. I deeply apologize for the frustration this caused. Just to let you know, I redacted the ticket number from your post for security purposes. Also, to help keep your account secured and prevent this from happening again, I strongly recommend for you to follow the steps from this guide.

In regards to your ban, this is something that will have to be handled through the Support ticket you created. I understand that you haven't received a response yet, and I'm sorry for the delay. We are having a high number of contacts coming in, so it's taking longer than usual for us to send a reply back. Rest assured, we will send a response back to your Support ticket as soon as we can.

There are some delays to responding to tickets at the moment due to us having a large amount of them but the team handing them will get to your ticket eventually and you'll need to wait for a response through there. We can't handle issues like this over the forums.
