[2020] Yesterday half of the in-game shop cosmetics suddenly dissapeared from purchase.

Basically that, no warning, notification nor reason give. Right now the store is barebone since most of the stuff has been removed when they are the normal bundles that are supposed to always stay there.

Ops like Ela, Zofia, Ying, Lesion had gone from having 2 sets to literally 0, same with tons of others op that right now have a single choice after this...

This has been happening since Void Edge where a few bundles started to dissapear from purchase without any type of reason nor notification given, they just simply dissapear. Now this one is the worst case scenario.

Is this intended or a bug? Because I don't think cutting players option this much is a good choice at all.

As it stands, I can confirm that this is indeed intentional and cosmetic items are often removed and added to the in-game shop. Our goal is to improve the quality and the attractiveness of our offering.

This may include the removal / adding of items, as well as Price or Rarity adjustments, including adding Renown offers.

I do appreciate that this may not be the outcome you have expected and therefore will ensure that your feedback is passed along to our game team accordingly.
