I got kicked from a ranked match and it was 3-1 and when I got kicked my team won and I was trying to reconnect but i got an abandoned penalty and lost mmr. I played a match with a friend and he got mmr and didnt get kicked. Is there any possible way that I can get my mmr back by any chance?

Sorry to hear this happened, we are however unable to reinstate lost mmr.
Can I check does this happen often?
What platform are you playing on?
