So I go and queue for quick match and what happens is it loads up the loading screen. When it gets to the part where you pick a spawn point or a defend point, the game doesn't show it. It only shows a black screen and the 6 loading logo at the bottom left portion of a screen. After a couple of seconds, the game crashes. I tried this three and four more times, including training grounds, with the same result.

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with crashes/freezes at the moment.
The first thing I would suggest is to attempt each step suggested here. These steps are known to resolve most of the common causes of crashing/freezing.
If after doing so you're still experiencing issues I'd then recommend opening a support case. You can reach us either through the support website by opening a live chat session or alternatively through our social media accounts on Facebook and Twitter and they will be able to create a support case for you.
After you've opened the case if I can also ask you to attach two system reports to the case that will assist us in identifying any potential cause. The reports we need from you are:
