Hey guys, a year ago I purchased a gaming laptop and instantly got siege. My brother recently got hooked into it and wanted to purchase his own account but unfortunately we only have one gaming rig. I wanted to ask if this is possible or if the new account would get banned for it.
TIA

Hello!

I believe I understand your query but please let me know if I'm not not answering you fully.

A Ubisoft account is free, anyone can make one. However, Rainbow Six Siege would need to be purchased by each account holder if they wish to play.

If your brother were to sign in to Uplay and tried to launch Siege, it simply would not work. He would be prompted to purchase the game, and then he would be able to play it as much as he wants.

So the short answer is yes he can purchase the game for his Ubisoft account and play on the PC.

All the best!

Nevertheless, I was afraid that it would be mistakenly considered as a "smurf" account and consequently get banned. Thus, I wanted to make sure that it would not be treated as a smurf account.
Thanks again.
Oh I see, no not at all

Every player can fill in their own name & email address, it won't be seen as a smurf account.

Enjoy your day!
