So i get on steam to have a notification waiting for me telling me i have been banned from Rainbow Six Siege from the anti cheat.

I have never used cheats to any degree on any matchmaking game period, So this comes to me as a pure shock as to how poorly the "internal System" works.

I go to support for an answer and most of all an appeal and pretty much get told this

"Hello Gday.,

Your appeal to dispute the ban on your account was denied. Please keep in mind that Ubisoft Support has no ability to overturn a ban placed on your account following the denied appeal and no further review will be made. We are not able to share any further details with you concerning your ban in order to maintain the integrity of our internal systems. Ubisoft takes great care in ensuring that its games are fun, fair and friendly throughout. We take a firm stance against violations of the Code of Conduct, and take the preservation of our gaming environment very seriously.

We wish you well in your future gaming endeavours.

Best regards,
Ubi-Conqueror
Ubisoft Support"

Hello Gday.,

I am sorry to see that your appeal was denied. Please understand that players are only able to appeal bans once. We ask players to try to gather as much information as possible about your account before your appeal for this reason, as it can not be overturned once the appeal is denied.

All bans are handled at the moment by our Siege security team, Support do not have the ability to ban or un ban players, it is the sole responsibility of the Siege team.

If you feel this has been an unfair ban, you are welcome to contact BattlEye for more information, as this is one of the software's we use to detect cheating.

Other than that, we are not allowed to discuss bans in any great detail across Support, social media or forums, but please see this article for more information -

Hey POGDISH_. I'm very sorry to hear about the sanction that has been placed on your account. If you haven't done so already, please be sure to submit an official ban appeal to our team at support.ubi.com. From there, they will investigate your case and your account and let you know once a decision has been made. As Ubi-Milky explained, you are more than welcome to contact BattlEye Support as well if you'd like to share your feedback on the matter. Thank you for your patience and understanding in the meantime!

Hello Gday.,

One option you do have, is to download all the data that we have on your account at the moment, as this may provide some information to you, you are looking for. To do this, log in to your account management website here - https://account.ubisoft.com/en-GB/login

Click on the Privacy and Communication tab, and then select 'Request a Copy' at the Download your Information section. This will then email you an excel sheet to your registered email with us, with all the data on your account we hold. Other than that, that is all we can tell you now, you will have to contact support to enquire about your ban after that.

Once my ban appeal has been denied is there really nothing I can do, I wish there was a way I could prove that I didn't do anything.
Hey there,

Once a ban appeal has been denied we are unable to investigate further at support I am afraid,

When an appeal is logged we do indeed investigate thoroughly, if we find that the player shouldn't have been banned then at this stage they will be restored as normal.

Once an appeal decision is made however we cannot investigate further aside from the advice previously provided.

Many thanks,
