Does this only seem to affect Rainbow Six Siege?

Try first re-installing Uplay PC: https://support.ubi.com/en-GB/faqs/000025799/

If the issue remains, follow the steps in this support article: https://support.ubisoft.com/en-GB/faqs/000027321/

This article is not designed for your issue but it lists the steps we should try. Please note, this will reset your Situations, settings & loadouts, so it is a good idea to back up the save folder.

Hey VeeMn,

Thanks for your response there and I am sorry to hear about this.

To try and resolve the issue, please try the following workaround:

1. Open Uplay as administrator, click the menu icon at the top left and go to settings.
2. Untick "Enable cloud save synchronization for supported games"
3. Make backup of savegames - default location C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\savegames
4. Remove the save file from the original folder.
5. Launch game, play till the game makes an autosave or you manually save. This is approximately 5-10 minutes of gameplay
6. Quit game, re-enable cloud saves and launch game again.
7. Select local save when prompted. Saves should be resynced.

I tried a few method lu guys gave it to me,and i tried to uninstall r6 twice.I still could not find out what is wrong .I'm sry for your trouble but these is a big problem

You can reach us either through the support website by opening a live chat session or alternatively through our social media accounts on Facebook and Twitter and they will be able to create a support case for you
