[2020] Abandon Sanction and MMR Loss

Hi jakeman1287! I'm sorry to hear that this happened. I'm not able to restore lost ranked points or revert what happened, but I'd like to get some more information on this. Did you leave the queue for ranked prior to receiving this penalty?

Hey BaconX1117! My apologies are extended to you as well. Temporary bans are not able to be removed, unfortunately. Any time that a player disconnects from a ranked match, even inadvertently, they receive an abandonment penalty and a temporary ban. I'm deeply sorry for the inconvenience once again.

It had happen once after. I didn't get any error message but, a crash report did get sent in. I'm unaware of the cause of this crashing but the last time it happened (after this one) I was able to reconnect and make it in time to avoid the ban/suspension..

Have you received any error messages at the point of being kicked from the match?

And are you only being kicked from the match, the game isn't crashing at all?
