[2021] [Connectivity/Multiplayer]'Input lag/delay'

Thanks for getting in touch about this, Mihailtupac and UnProVen - really sorry to read you're experiencing input lag, that's certainly very unusual.

I understand this is just since the update, but can you give our connectivity troubleshooting guide a go anyway? In particular, from that article, please remember to reset your network hardware, and switch to a wired connection (if possible, and if you aren't already).

Please also do the verifying install step from this guide.

Let me know if that solves or improves the issue! If not, I'll have further steps we can try

Would it be at all possible for you to capture a clip demonstrating the lag behaviour so we can take a closer look?

Please include your platform when doing so, as I understand we have a mix here.

Hey Mihailtupac, thanks for posting.

If a player can capture, perhaps on their mobile device, them pressing the buttons on a controller then show the reaction on screen this could be very helpful for an investigation.

Other than that, would you all please be able to answer the following questions, whilst we see if anyone is able to capture this on video -

- What console are you playing on?
- What type of controller are you using, official or other?
- Do you have the game installed on your original hard drive or an external USB drive?
- What Year and Season did you notice this started happening?
- Have you made any changes to any of your in-game settings recently?
