So that we could look into the matter further, would it be possible for you to provide us with a screenshot showing you and your friends in-game and them appearing as offline in the same image?

At the moment we are aware this can happen on our new Ubisoft Connect launcher as it did with Uplay. We do not currently have a fix for this, we know that it occasionally happens to some players and currently have an investigation into how we can resolve this. My apologies we are unable to provide any troubleshooting.
