Hey there ElGrandeToto_,

Welcome to the Forums and sorry to see you're having issues!

Is you have attempted all of the steps in our troubleshooting guide including port forwarding, please contact us through our Support Site or Facebook and Twitter with an image of your port forwarding settings so we can take a closer look.

Thank you!

Hey ChocolateTHNDR6, welcome to forums and appreciate your swift response there.

I had a look at your case and can see that you've completed some of the steps, however in order for us to proceed with troubleshooting the case further, we would also need you to complete port forwarding, as quite frequently that can be the reason for the issue. I have re-opened your ticket however please mind it will close after 4 days of inactivity. Until then, we would not be able to continue any further I'm afraid, so if you are willing to co-operate with us, we will be more than happy to work with you towards the resolution.

Additionally, if you do happen to have access to any different network connection, even if it was to be mobile data (for example), you could try setting it up on your PC and just try connecting, to see if issue persists or not. Once you do so, it may give you indication of where the issue lies and narrow down the potential causes for it.

Keep us updated and should you happen to have any further questions, let us know!
