Hey guys, I have issue that when I play unranked match when I select my operator, game somehow freezes then after some time it crashes, but between crash and freeze game forces me to close the game and reconnect, when I reconnect I usually cannot reconnect back to the unranked game. I reported few times issue by Ubisoft Connect but there were no answer to my reports, is there solution for my issue?

By the way I turned off auto sync option on ubisoft connect and freezing is coming back again...

Hey @Renky_, thanks for getting through to us, welcome to forums and sorry to hear about the crash/freeze issue you've been dealing with, as I fully appreciate the experience can be rather frustrating in such circumstances.

First and foremost, for troubleshooting purposes, if you haven't already, give the following steps a go, starting of by verifying your game files first (make sure to also complete the rest) and see how that goes.

Should issue persist, may I check the following with you:

  1. Are you using DX or Vulkan API?
  2. Do you happen to receive any error messages after crash?
  3. How often do you experience this?

@bruhzeliyah Hey there, sorry to hear you're also experiencing issues with crashes. Can you please go through the steps in our Basic PC Troubleshooting guide, making sure to verify your game files

Please also make sure that your game and launcher(s) are on the same drive, preferably the hard drive.
 
If after you've gone through the steps, you're still having issues with performance, please reach out to us via one of the methods below with copies of your MSINFO and DXDiag. Please include a brief description of your issue.
