I own a Razer Blade 15 2020 Base Edition with an RTX2060, a core i710th, and a 144hz 1080p display. I have always played siege with my laptop plugged into a second ASUS 60HZ oldish monitor that I use to display other content (Youtube, discord, etc.). After the Neon Dawn update today (12/1/2020) The Following things have started happening:

1. When I start my game, it launches by default on my second monitor, and, in the in-game display settings, it does not recognize my laptop monitor as an option.

2. Therefore, the only way for me to launch my game on the desired laptop display, is to unplug the second monitor and launch the game. The issue with this is that if I am to plug the second monitor in, while the game is already launched, the game automatically switches to the second monitor, and the same screen posted above occurs.

3. If I launch the game without the second monitor plugged in, it goes on my second monitor in 1080p (as it should) and in 144hz (as it should) ALTHOUGH for some weird reason, the game doesn't say its in 144hz, but, I can tell that it is.

4. I will link a video showing my issue and my gamesettings.ini file below.

youtube has been deactivated.

If anyone can find a solution to this (solution being, being able to use my laptop monitor for siege while using my external monitor for other content) please let me know

Hey there.

I've seen a few reports of this on the forums since the update was launched so I'm going to report this to the development team for further investigation. As a temporary workaround are you able to set Siege to windowed first and then drag it over to your main monitor and then make it full screen again by pressing alt+enter?

Hey there guys,

This is currently being investigated by the game's team

At the moment, this appears to be exclusive to the Vulkan version.

Can you please try the DirectX version and see if the issue persists?

Hey elizajohnson, thanks for getting in touch and welcome to forums!

Please note that we'd appreciate if for any particular queries like yours, you would create a separate thread, as this one is in relation to slightly different issue compared to yours.

Additionally, you will be best of reaching out to Flight Simulator development or support team and see if they're able to advise you on this.

Hope you'll manage to get this resolved and if you do ever run into any difficulties with Ubisoft games, feel free to get in touch at any time!
