I paid money for the year 7 pass assuming once I put my number in I could play ranked. I’ve spent more money on this game to buy certain operators as well. According to Ubisoft my number is “suspicious” which I find hilarious cause I have it on other games as my 2FA. I also tried my moms number and it said the same thing. I’ve never had my number linked to my Ubisoft so I don’t understand how mine or my moms could possibly be suspicious. I contacted support through live chat and they basically said oh there’s nothing I can do about that it’s just suspicious you’ll need another number. So what I’m getting is for me to play the game I paid for with my money I worked for I need to go spend hundreds more just to go get a new phone and phone number? That’s outrageous. Ubisoft you need to get it together this is not okay and I can see several people have the same problem and you’ve done nothing. Please fix this problem. Maybe try a different third party Authenticator because this one is not working.
