I'm sorry that you're having these loading issues when trying to play the game! I'm glad the game isn't freezing anymore, but there are some troubleshooting steps we can try to see if we can improve the loading times for you. As a first step, please go through our troubleshooting guide here if you haven't yet, and be sure to verify your game files. If you continue to experience issues with the game loading after trying those steps, please go ahead and uninstall/reinstall the game again. Note that if the game is installed on a different drive than the game client you're using, this could be causing the long loading times. In this case, I'd advise you to reinstall making sure the game and client are on the same drive (your OS/C drive).
