Hi, I would like to seek assistance to appeal abandon sanction.
Uplay kept crashing when I entered a Ranked Match. I sent several crash reports.
To try to resolve the problem, I unistalled Ubisoft Connect and reinstalled, verified R6S file integrity and restarted my PC but nothing helped.
Hoping for your kind reconsideration.

@njmmonakil Hi there! I'm sorry to hear you received this temporary sanction. Unfortunately, support cannot remove abandonment penalties, as they are issued server-side by an automated system. Can you please let me know if the rest of your team is also removed when these crashes happen? Do you receive any specific error messages or codes?

I am sorry to hear you received the Abandonment Penalty. Those penalties are issued server side by an automated system and cannot be overturned. For more information, please see this article.
