If you're still encountering this error code when attempting to join or invite a friend, please try the steps below for your platform. Also note, the player(s) you're attempting to connect to may also need to perform these steps if you've completed them and still encounter the issue.

Hey guys, make sure you try connection troubleshooting (PC, PS4, Xbox). If it doesn't help, please - create a ticket with a screenshot of your forwarded ports.

Hi Locklas, thanks for reaching out about this.

It's certainly a good idea to try connecting with a different connection (such as by using your phone as a mobile hotspot, and tethering to it over wifi). This will allow you to rule out your local network setup as a potential issue. Does it work on a different connection?

Have you ever been able to connect, or do you get this error every time?

If it still doesn't work on another connection, have a read through our connectivity troubleshooting guide, here. In particular, you'll want to check for software conflicts, and contact your ISP for help establishing an open NAT.
