Hello! I'm sorry to read this happened to you all.
It is difficult for me to determine why this happened, however we can do the best we can to prevent it from happening again.
- Does this often happen, or only during that one match?
- Were you given time to reconnect or were you banned immediately?
- Did this seem to affect all players, or only some?
I am unable to see any server maintenance or outages yesterday.
