Just got the notice saying "Due to an unknown fluctuation, your Ranked standing has become uncertain and was reset. You will need to play your placement matches again to be Ranked." I had around 100 Ranked matches played this season and now my rank is taken away from me with no warning or knowledge of why. I would like to know details and also know how I can get my rank back because I have not done anything against TOS.

Hello there, Te1iz. I'm extremely sorry to hear that your rank in Rainbow Six Siege was reset. A rank reset can occur when too many high MMR rollbacks are being issued. This is all part of the MMR rollback system in-game, which takes place automatically. You can find more information on that system here. Please keep in mind that Support is not able to adjust rank, restore lost ranked points, or revert any penalties. Nonetheless, I can still share your comments on MMR rollback with the relevant team. While we'll pass your feedback on, we do not have tools available to adjust any player's MMR or Rank.

As advised earlier by UbiKoality, regrettably we're unable to adjust your MMR or ranking in case of a rollback, however I certainly appreciate that the outcome of all this was not what you've expected and will ensure your feedback gets forwarded accordingly.

As far as the banned message goes, I had a look at your profile and cannot see any live suspensions, therefore would you be able to kindly share screenshot of this?
