Hi everyone,
Do you know when R6S will be available again on the GeForce Now platform?
The bug was reported over a month ago and I still can't access the game I paid for.

Should I cancel my Geforce Now subscription?

Hey there,

Sorry to hear that you are having trouble with launching Siege through Geforce Now.

Can I check exactly what happens when you try and what you see?

Thank you for that information! I am sorry that this is occuring. Would you be willing to try a workaround to see if it helps? When you are being prompted for the key in Geforce Now, please try to click the link for support in that key activation window. This should open up a web browser in Geforce Now. When you get there please type the following in the URL box, ensuring the existing web address has been deleted first.

uplay://open

A message should be displayed "Open Ubisoft Connect?" at this point, please close the window that is asking for a key, then click the button to open the connect client. This should then open Ubisoft Connect and log you in. Then you should be able to Rainbow Six Siege and launch the game direct through the newly opened UC client window within Geforce now. I hope this helps resolve this for you!

Hey Jakub27blue, thanks for the update and sorry to hear that the workaround didn't help. As a last resort, I'd recommend to try installing it through Ubisoft Connect (purely for testing purposes), to see if it allows you to play it.

If not however, do mind that this issue is something that has been brought up by a number of players and our team is looking into the matter further, therefore our sincere apologies about any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate you for bearing with us for the time being.
