[2020] Cant change my keybinds

Since live support is down i'm coming here for help.

I'm having a very weird issue where i am unable to change any of my settings, i have tried to look online for a fix to no avail so i'm trying it out here. I have tried reinstalling the game and nothing i seem to do fixes this issue.

My issue is that when i want to change my key bindings, i get a bugged screen where it only shows 'ping' and even though i try to change that it also bugs out on me.

Hi there MethBeforeBeer thanks for getting in touch with us and thanks for reporting this.

What keyboard are you using and are using a foreign language keyboard?

Can I ask if your keyboard settings are set to English UK or English US as the default language in Windows?

To check please try the following -

- Click on the desktop start menu and click on Settings cog
- Select Time & language
- Select Language
- Check under preferred languages that English is set to default for apps
- Click on this and press options
- Scroll down to see if keyboard is set to QWERTY English

Let me know when you have tried this and what you found.

Please also try verifying your game files as best practice, to see if this solves this issue.
