Hello everyone and thanks for reading this post.
In regards to players not receiving content in their game such as -
- Twitch Drops / Streamer Drops
- Twitch Prime Loot
- Battle Pass rewards
- Ubisoft Connect Rewards / Timed Challenge Rewards
- In-game currency
These items can take anything up to 24 hours to appear on your account, in your game.
We can often investigate this for you in more detail and more personably for you, if you make a support case with us rather than posting in the forum.
If the items do not appear in your game after 24 hours, you are welcome to reach out to us through our Support site here - https://support.ubisoft.com/Cases/New
If you log into this website with your Ubisoft ID, scroll to the bottom of the page and write in the 'text box' a brief description of the problem, then click on 'Submit My Request', we should be able to respond to you within 48 hours.
Please make sure to include the following -
- Any proof of purchase of the missing item or a screenshot of your Drops Inventory / Twitch Prime loot
- Proof showing you should have obtained the rewards if related to an in-game challenge
- Exact date and time when you purchased / earned that item
We will verify your account first, then happily look into this for you. We track every purchase and reward you have earned for game on your account, so we should be able to check for any missing items from your game that appear on your account. Thank you.
