[2022] Game stuck on strange aspect ratio? Help!

Hi @hzd-godzilla, and welcome to the forums! It's bizarre that you cannot see the changes in the resolution while in-game. Have you tried verifying your game files and then reloading Rainbow Six Siege to see any changes in this behavior? If so, could you tell us what your settings are currently showing in the Nvidia Control panel? Also, do you run multiple monitors or just the Aorus KD25F?

I had a look at the Reddit post you've shared and can see exactly what you're referring to.

Just to check, did you possibly try making aspect ratio changes within game settings file instead? It should by default be located in C:\Users\\Documents\My Games\Rainbow Six - Siege\\GameSettings.ini​​, so have a look and see if issue persists.

So we can take a closer look at this, could you please open a case on our Support Site and attach your DxDiag and MSinfo system files?

We can then see if there's anything more than may be preventing the game from maintaining this aspect ratio.
