So basically a bit ago I bought rainbow on Ubisoft and it didn't go through. So I bought it on steam then all of sudden it was working on Ubisoft, so I got on there with all my operators and stuff. Fast forward to now I cant load it up and whenever I try it says having a purchase authorization problem and to contact support please help.

Getting down to the bottom of this will require reviewing and discussing your Ubisoft account. For that reason, I believe it best we move to a private support channel.
