For the past month or 2, every week there will be at least once or twice where I will be playing unranked, and my game will randomly crash with no error codes. I will have a slight frame rate drop, then it will go back to normal, then the game will just close and kick me to my desktop. Whenever this happens, I try to reopen the game and reconnect to the unranked match. As I am reconnecting, the game will load in and put me back in the game for about a minute, and then the game crashes again. Most times, if I fully restart my PC this will stop for a while until the crash happens again a week or so later. Yesterday, even after a computer restart, the crashing still happened. I haven't had a crash yet from quick match, or training grounds, and this is getting immensely frustrating to myself and my team as I keep having to abandon matches because I can't reconnect. Please help with how I might fix this.

Hello there, Moon.R6. Welcome to the forums! I'm really sorry to hear these crashes are occurring. I'd like to know if these issues persist after completing the steps within this FAQ? If restarting your PC helps, it may be a good idea to ensure you shut down your PC each day. Additionally, I always like ensuring that all unnecessary background applications are disabled while playing the game. Give these a try, and let me know how things operate after!
