[2022] Purchased the game 4 years ago and I can't turn it on!

4 years ago, I bought an R6 Siege. Recently there have been problems with createdxgifactory2 and dxgi.dll.
TODAY I CAN NO LONGER TURN ON THE PREVIOUSLY PURCHASED R6 SIEGE GAME VIA UBISOFT CONNECT!
It appears such an error when starting ubisoft connect:
the procedure entry point createdxgifactory2 could not be located in the dynamic link library dxgi.dll

I have windows 7! Others also have this problem!

WHAT SHOULD I DO TO PLAY THE GAME I PURCHASED! WILL YOU FIX IT OR IS IT NECESSARY TO GO TO COURT WITH IT? THIS IS RUDENESS ON YOUR PART AND ILLEGAL!
