I'm sorry to hear about your skins missing. Are you playing on multiple platforms? When was the last time you remember having the skins and when did you notice them missing?

I can see that the issue regarding items migration following Y7S4 update has been already reported to the development team and it's currently being investigated.

If you have more than one platform (PC / console) linked to your Ubisoft account to enable cross-progression, you may find that you are missing some items from within your game.
