[2022] Ubisoft Account linking

Hi guys, i'm trying to change the ps4 account that is linked to my ubisoft account. At the time I didn't have a ps4 so I asked a friend if he could give his acc to me, and he did. And now i can't swithc to my ps4 account because, even after I unlink, it still says thet there's already a ps4 account linked to my ubisoft account.
Can somone help me?
