I would like to get a better understanding of your system. Please answer the following -

- Are you using a laptop or PC?
- Are you using an external display?
- Were you able to change the resolution in Vulkan in the past?
- Are you able to change the resolution while using DX11?

Rainbow Six Siege does not officially support laptops or servers, which are sometimes known to face issues like this.
