[2022] Player stats not updating

I have been having an issue where my operator stats have not been updating since my account is created (PC platform around April). I can still see my PS platform 3 months ago and it disappeared a half year ago (I create the PS account 5~6 years ago). I have been very patient about this being fixed, but that doesn't seem like that's going to happen. Even on the official R6 Stats website, it doesn't show the lifetime stats for the operators. I tried using R6 Tracker Network as well, but that is also not updating.
