@white_crayola Hey there, and sorry to hear this. After checking out your account, I'd advise a few things:

  1. Wait 48 hours before attempting to purchase again.
  2. Make sure your Steam location matches your account.

Please let me know if after this time, your issue remains.

@mastuus Hey there, sorry to hear you're having issues purchasing credits. I see you have the game on Steam, so as a first step, can you please try disabling your Steam overlay?

Keep me updated!

Hey @officiallytrans ,

Thank you for getting in touch, I'm sorry you've been unable to purchase credits via Steam, this is known to the team and under investigation.

In the meantime, could you please try toggling the Ubisoft Connect and Steam overlays on / off?

Otherwise, you should be able to purchase credits directly from the Ubisoft Store.

Our apologies for the inconvenience caused!

Hello @officiallytrans if your game was purchased via Steam, your Steam store country may need changing also along with your currency if you have recently moved. If you haven't already done so, you will need to change your country on Steam to Turkey as well, and try to make any Steam purchases with Lira. This could be something that is affecting your Steam Wallet also.

You should be able to change your Steam Store country yourself on your profile when you try to make a purchase, or failing that Steam support should ber able to assist, please use this link to see how to make this change >> https://store.steampowered.com/account/change_country/: (https://store.steampowered.com/account/change_country)
