[2020] In game/lobby frame drops

When in a game or even just in the lobby my frames will drop all the way down to zero and then back up to normal ever 3-5 seconds. This was never an issue before the latest update, and I've already tried uninstalling and restarting my PC.

Hey! This doesn't appear to be a known issue so I'd like to discuss this with you to find a solution.

Please answer the following questions as best you can -

- Before your FPS drops so suddenly, what is your average FPS?
- What PC components are you using?
- Are you playing on a PC or a laptop?
- Have you noticed if your CPU or GPU are struggling in Task Manager or any other diagnostic software?
