After logging in again, the frame rate was fixed at 90hz. I did what I could do as far as I could, such as vertical synchronization, checking the graphic driver, and in-game settings, but it didn't improve.
I tried to fix it from the config, but that was also impossible. I was able to play at 144hz and above until I logged out.
