[2021] I do not get the event packs which event challange says i get it - Showdown event

Hi. This season with the showdown event as well as last event, I do not get the event packs which event challange says i get it. Challange is completed. But there is no event pack i can open. This is happened with the last event too. I earn 2 event pack from the 2 diffrent challange but only get 1.

Hello trakd, sorry for any confusion.

For logging into the event and completing the challenge, you will actually earn a charm called the 'showdown pack', if you check your inventory.

You can also earn Alpha Packs whilst playing the game mode and earn up to 31 different cosmetics.
