Hello,
I bought R6 Operator edition 2 days ago, however NO OPERATORS were delivered to my account.
After 7-8 hours, only year 1 and year 6 operators were added.
Even if I have that content said to be available in the notifications, I do not have the ops.
I wrote to Ubisoft Support website twice (with 2 different cases) however NOONE is getting back or replying.
I want my operators, please help....
@SmuGGeR-cK Hey there! I'm sorry to hear you're missing some of your operators from the Operator Edition. Just to let you know, I've redacted the case numbers you listed in your original post for safety purposes since this is a public space. I took a look into your account, and it does look like you should have received the operators from Years 1 through 6.
This is a known issue the team is looking into. I've sent your report over to them to help with the investigation. Please keep an eye on our Discussions page for any updates.

Hey there @Remedi_i I do see you have a case open in regards to this issue so I greatly appreciate your patience with seeing a response.
@CJ-zombiekiller sorry to hear about these Operators being missing! While the Operator Edition of the game would not grant the "original' legacy Operators, it should still give you all Operators released in Years 1 through 6. Could you also open a support case so an agent can investigate into making sure you can have your Operators unlocked?
