I forgot the password for my account, but after about 1 year I managed to recover my account. I remember having Rainbow Sig Siege on my account. I can see the Rainbow Six Siege game in my account on the Ubisoft Connect site, but I cannot see it in my game library in the Ubisoft Connect app. Thank you

If the game isn't available in your Ubisoft Connect library at all, it may be that you're using the incorrect account.

When doing so, if you could please include;
- Any alternative email addresses or usernames you may have used
- A screenshot of the following folder; Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\cache\ownership
