Sorry for the delay and to see you were disconnected.

While we cannot remove temporary bans from player's accounts, we'd like to know more about the issue.

  • Have you had any similar disconnections since?
  • What was the approx. Date / Time of the disconnection?
  • Do you recall any particular error codes you received when disconnected / attempting to reconnect?

Hi @piesang-poes! Sorry you have been running into these connectivity issues. I know they can definitely be frustrating. Have you been getting any error messages or connecting to a different data centre than normal?
