I was playing a game of ranked with some friends earlier. At about the 4th round one of my mates lost connection and was unable to connect for about 2 rounds. The moment he got back in the game I got disconnected from the match and I was also unable to reconnect until the match was over. Not sure if this was some kind of cyber attack to weaken our team. I had to restart my game because it could not establish a connection in the menu. 1st attempt to launch the game i just got a black screen with the background music playing. Restarted the game and I was eventually able to join back into the game. Unfortunately the game was already over by that game and I only got to see the scoreboard when I loaded in with the amazing message informing me of the punishment. Is there a way I can have this penalty removed from my name?

I had no reason to intentionally abandon that match, I actually had a good game and I wouldn't drop the team like that. I barely leave casual games even when I get annoyed.

I just wanna find out if I lost MMR for "abandoning" the match?

We won that game but I saw under my stats that it counts as an abandon and not a win. So I think I lost MMR instead of gaining?

I have also noticed since that night it takes ages for the game to eventually load into the menu, also takes way longer to join on friends. It takes atleast a minute to actually appear in the lobby after I have accepted an invite where it used to take no more than 10 seconds
