I recently downloaded r6 to try it out from gamepass alongside the 2 passes, but I haven't gotten access to the operators from either pass. I have tried redownloading the passes as well as restarting my console and unplugging it then leaving it like that for a bit, as I saw that the r6 Twitter account had said that it might help in a tweet 2 years ago, but it still isn't working.

Hey there.

There is a known issue regarding this that is under active investigation at the moment. However just to double check can I ask you to check all of the content is downloaded and installed? Can I also ask whether you're using game sharing at all? Thanks.

Hello everyone!

To Y1 and Y2 operators cannot be shared from the Xbox Game Pass, and all content needs to be installed: https://support.ubi.com/faqs/26438/
